THE HIGHLANDS
AMENITY CENTER

The Highlands, a master-planned community situated in Montgomery County developed by Caldwell Communities, is in works with Rialto Studio to design an amenity center, Discovery Cove, that will include a welcome/fitness building, resort-style pool, a lazy river, tall water slides, splash pads, pickleball and tennis courts, recreational fields and event lawns, and other water features.

 

Phase 1 of the construction for this 20-acre complex is nearing completion and will be expected to open with the waterpark during Summer of 2024.
