Located in Helotes, Triana is a gated community development that is unique to others because of its dedicated green spaces, green belts, parks, and amenity areas. Amongst mature trees are beautiful views of the Texas hill-country. From the entry, landscaped medians lead to a scenic amenity area offering a playground, picnic pavilion, and swimming pool. Rialto Studio developed the project theming, including design guidelines, and the common area elements.
