The courtyard is the focus, where a large patio space extends the dining facility outdoors, and a lawn accommodates larger events, with flexibility for group activities, from yoga to games. A sprawling water feature backdrops views from the clubhouse.  A shade pavilion and additional seating create a separate area for smaller events and casual meetups. The pool features lap swimming, a beach entry, shade canopies for parts of the pool and deck, and lots of space to enjoy the sun. A BBQ pavilion, outdoor fire pit, multiple seating areas and lush landscaping round out the site. Rialto Studio designed many of the outdoor elements, including entries from the adjacent road, perimeter site fencing and gates, a dog park and the amenity courtyard.
