CADENCE CREEK TOWNE LAKE

Rialto Studio designed many of the elements at Caldwell's second active-adult multifamily community, Cadence Creek at Towne Lake. Some of these include a resort-style courtyard with a pool, shade pavilion and additional seating with outdoor amenities, an activity lawn, and an event space to create a separate area for smaller events and casual meetups. A BBQ pavilion, outdoor fire pit, multiple seating areas and lush landscaping with walking paths round out the site. Rialto Studio also helped designed the dog park, entry slide gate and water feature at the main entry and helped with drainage, irrigation, lighting, shade, streetscaping, paving and planting.
