The Highlands is a master-planned community owned by Caldwell Communities. Rialto Studio assisted in the design of the southside monument entry sign, Paw Print dog park, pavilion site furnishings, trail layout and design, and several other elements that are currently in works
including the north tract main entry, Discovery Cove amenity center, and Sun Point Park.
