REGENT PARK

Regent Park embraces visitors with a sweep of limestone walls, richly planted with native and adapted species to settle into the Texas Hill Country landscape. The entry boulevard filters the street runoff in its broad, uncurbed median, where preserved trees and introduced native grasses filter out pollutants in a 4,000-foot-long example of low impact development. A large amenity center is under construction, with a swimming pool, meeting rooms, pavilion, and playground.
