PERSIMMON

​Persimmon, a master-planned community north of downtown Buda along Garlic Creek, is being developed with a small town charm, featuring agricultural roots, generous front porches, and walkable, tree-lined streets. The plan preserves over five mature oak trees per lot, including heritage oaks. An amenity park will be centered around the ruins of a historic dairy barn, with plans to restore parts of it alongside another exist-ing structure, creating a modern recreational space that honors the history of the site. Rialto Studio is leading the land planning and landscape architecture efforts.
