HYATT RESORT

Two decades after designing the visitor amenities, roadways, and grounds for this luxury resort hotel, Rialto returned to one of their most iconic projects to provide upgrades and new facilities.  To supplement the original 3 swimming pools and lazy river, Rialto Studio added new water-recreation elements, and supporting facilities.  Mature landscapes were freshened, while some exhausted plant materials were replenished, remaining faithful to the original concept of utilizing native plants where possible.  Newly-added ballroom and guest facilities, and parking were supported by new walled courtyards, pedestrian amenities, and planting improvements.  Lighting throughout the project was upgraded, taking advantage of advanced technologies.  The make-over complete, the old-to-new-again popular resort remains true to its original Hill Country ambiance while offering the latest in visitor enrichment and comfort.
