This beacon for development in San Antonio has invigorated the entire community to celebrate the historical spaces and artifacts salvaged and repurposed from the brewery. This multi-phase development, now in its twelfth year, has seen the complete revitalization of the preserved buildings and the addition of complementary new buildings using the landscape to stitch both worlds together using LID features, custom paving ideas and innovative design approaches to create a district know as The Pearl.
