VENTURA RIDGE

With a beautiful hillside view near La Cantera, Ventura Ridge Apartments is an ideal setting for living and playing. Rialto Studio was asked to provide a resort style atmosphere amongst the modern design elements and rustic nature of the site. The design includes a dip pool, sun shelf, beach entry, a stone fireplace, a grill for outdoor entertainment, and a fountain to provide the tranquil sounds of water. The scored concrete pool deck is now lined with bright colored lounge chairs and cabanas, which only add to it's remarkable blue tiled pool design. Rialto also provided sidewalk layouts, picnic areas and planting plans. It was very important to use native plant materials and protect as much of the natural habitat as possible. Many of the picnic areas are surrounded by preserved oak trees that provide shade and beauty amongst the modern architecture.
