DISCOVERY COVE - PHASE 2

Rialto Studio is partnering with Caldwell Communities to design Discovery Cove, a 20-acre amenity complex within The Highlands, a master-planned community in Montgomery County. The design features a resort-style pool, lazy river, towering water slides, splash pads, pickleball and tennis courts, recreational fields, event lawns, and a variety of other water-centric amenities.

Phase 2, currently in development, will include the welcome and fitness building, serving as the community's hub for recreation and relaxation.
