THE VANCE AT HUEBNER OAKS

Rialto Studio created a resort-style atmosphere amongst the modern architectural elements of the site at The Vance at Huebner Oaks. The pool area is a piece of art in itself, including a dip pool, tanning pool, a grill for outdoor entertainment, and a fountain to provide the tranquil sounds of water. The scored concrete pool deck is now lined with vibrant colored lounge chairs and cabanas, complementing the vividly blue-tiled pool. Above the pool area all residents can relax and play bocce ball or a game of horseshoes on the custom designed courts. Rialto also provided sidewalk layouts, picnic areas and planting plans. Most notably, the giant palm trees planted throughout the pool area provide a tropical resort feel to the site, providing all residents with a vacation getaway right outside their door. The design team collaborated to create am eco-friendly design program for this site, and planting native materials contributed to this task.
